
Originally from Kentucky, Jeremy Ross Richey is a Washington State based writer who specializes in film and music-related research and writing. His first book SYLVIA KRISTEL: FROM EMMANUELLE TO CHABROL was released in 2022 from CULT EPICS. The former editor and publisher of the quarterly print-only journals Soledad and Art Decades, he also created the blogs Moon in the Gutter, Fascination: The Jean Rollin Experience amongst others. His work has appeared in the pages of The World Cinema Directory, Screem, Rue Morgue, Weng’s Chop, Delirium, and Amplifier. He also contributed liner notes to the Finders Keepers’ CD releases THE B-MUSIC OF JEAN ROLLIN collection and the LE FRISSON DES VAMPIRES soundtrack. He has also appeared in documentary films on Jean Rollin, The All Laughed and I Spit on Your Grave and contributed to numerous Blu-ray releases including Cult Epics’ MADAME CLAUDE, THE SYLVIA KRISTEL 1970’s COLLECTION and THE LAST ROMANTIC LOVER, as well as Mondo Macabro’s SATANCIO PANDEMONIUM and Indicator’s SHIVER OF THE VAMPIRES.
